We came from different countries. Some of us did not even share a common language. But we became friends, we started making music together, and something important began. That experience changed us. It changed how we think about music, collaboration, teaching, and what it means to build something with other people. Now, after years of performing together in the U.S. and abroad, we are raising funds to record a new album. This album is more than a recording. It is a way to capture the music we have built together, share it with more people, and help carry this ensemble into its next chapter. Over the years, we have built a large repertoire of music for this group, including pieces written specifically for us. Much of that music has only lived in live performance. This album will help us: ● preserve that music ● share it with a wider audience ● strengthen our artistic identity ● build momentum for future performances, partnerships, and outreach It will also give new listeners a way to find us, hear us, and understand what this ensemble is about. For a group like ours, that matters. A live performance reaches the people in the room. A recording travels much farther.
